-You are a return customer and want to use artwork from a previous order
-You have purchased a pet portrait from a different artist and want to use their work for this product 
-You want to use a photo of your pet with the background removed instead of an art file. Please note for this option some manipulation like cropping and adjusting the brightness is available but we will not be able to change the pet’s positioning, ears, eyes, etc. 
 
Choose “Draw My Pet For Me” if you would like us to sketch your pet for this order. 
 
The default art style for this item is "simple line art". If you would like to change to one of our other art styles, please make note of that in the personalization field. There is an additional charge for the "cartoon" art style. 
 
We save all our art files so in the future if you want to reuse your sketch for a new product, just let us know (:
 
HOW TO ORDER
 
When you are purchasing your cup, please upload your pet photo.
 
Seller will send a proof of your pet art before making the cup so you can make revisions.
