Choose “RETURN CUSTOMER” if… 
-You are a return customer and want to use artwork from a previous order
-You have purchased a pet portrait from a different artist and want to use their work for this product 
-You want to use a photo of your pet with the background removed instead of an art file. Please note for this option some manipulation like cropping and adjusting the brightness is available but we will not be able to change the pet’s positioning, ears, eyes, etc. 
 
Choose “Draw My Pet For Me” if you would like us to sketch your pet for this order. 
 
The default art style for this item is "sketch". If you would like to change to one of our other art styles, please make note of that in the personalization field. There is an additional charge for the "cartoon" art style. 
 
We save all our art files so in the future if you want to reuse your sketch for a new product, just let us know (:

HOW TO ORDER
 
Choose the number of pets and case cover color.  Please upload the photos you would like to use in the upload file section. If you aren't sure how to do that, don't worry! The seller will reach out once the purchase is made. 
 
Seller will send a proof of your pet sketch, including a mockup of how it will look on the case cover before making it so you can make revisions.
