I only have a poor quality / old photo to use. How will I know if this photo is good enough to use?

If you are unsure about the quality of your photo, please email the photo to info@saltwaterstickerco.com along with what item you are interested in purchasing. We will get back to you within 48 hours if this photo will be usable!
Can my order be giftwrapped?

Some products are made using a print on demand service. This means the artist works with a print supplier to create the finish piece, and ship the final product directly to your home. Since the items are sometimes being prepared by different print manufacturers, this means some items may arrive in different packages and cannot be gift-wrapped. If you would like your items gift wrapped, please email the seller before hand about availability and potential time delays.
How do I submit my pet photo?

You can submit your pet photo(s) while placing your order. If you forget to upload your pet photo, you can also email the photo to info@saltwaterstickerco.com
What is your refund policy?

As all of our items are made to order, we do not accept refunds unless there is an issue with the item, such as a misprint or if the item was damaged in transport. Once you receive your art proof, you have the option to make revisions with the artist, ask for a new photo to be used, or request an order cancellation / partial refund. To see a new photo illustrated, there will be a $6 digital portrait fee - you will be sent digital copies of both illustrations.
How long does shipping usually take?

On average, orders arrive within 10 days. All items have a 1 - 3 day design period where the artist and seller finalize the artwork. Following the design period, there is a 1 - 7 day processing time to create the art piece. Smaller items such as stickers, keychains and magnets typically process faster than larger pieces such as tote bags and tumblers. Items are shipped either using USPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping and typically arrive within 2 - 5 days of shipping.
